Founder & Fractional CFO
Tabitha is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business and financial management across various industries, and degrees in business and accounting. Business has always been a part of her life, even as a child with parents who owned multiple businesses. Tabitha has owned multiple businesses herself and began helping others navigate through the complexities of business finance in 2020.
Tara Caruso
Operations Manager
Tara is Tabitha’s younger sister and right hand at Ascend CFO. As an entrepreneur herself, she previously partnered with Tabitha in a past business and is also the founder Books by Blondie, one of Ascend CFO’s affiliate bookkeeping businesses. Her determination, fun-loving personality, and desire to analyze and learn make her an integral part of the team.
Jennifer Kitchens
Financial Analyst
Jennifer is Tabitha’s oldest friend of nearly thirty years. Also with an entrepreneur history, Jennifer is an analytical wizard with impressive pattern recognition skills and thinks outside of the box. Her dedication and her talents of problem-solving and identifying trends and patterns makes her a vital asset to the team.
